I was highly satisfied with my experience. Even close to closing time the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Girlfriend loved the bracelet and the free jewelry box definitely added some value.

I always have a pleasant experience in this Pandora store; today was no different. I had a Ver Pleasant Sales person name Precious and she is extremely charming. I went to simplying get my bracelet cleaned but Precious convinced me to purchase some charms for my Pandora necklace; needless to say I purchaced three. She is an Amazing Sales person.

It was what expected and what I saw on line.

The customer service was excellent because I ask me what I like and directed with a whole selection. My bracelet and charms was turning colors and she took the time to clean it. I also requested her to change my charms around and she did it with no problem.
