Associate was pleasant and very helpful. I purchased a ring while in the Bahamas in the wrong size (my size was unavailable), but the associate there assured me that I could exchange it when I got home. So, I bought it there in hopes of saving a little money in the process. I had no problems doing just that! Of course they have to check to make sure the product is authentic, but I exchanged mine for the correct size with no problems.
