The salesperson was helpful the very moment I stepped in the door. She gave suggestions that didn’t make me feel like I was being pressured into making a purchase. She neatly packaged the items I decided to purchase, and she was very sociable and easy to converse with. I appreciated her patience and eagerness to make sure I was satisfied with my selected items.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience because of how helpful the workers were with me. If I had any questions or concerns they were there to help. And they showed me the charms that I wanted for the bracelet.

The manager was knowledgeable about charms, placement, and balance of bracelets. She showed me a different way to wear my bracelet, which I absolutely love. She was so kind and even gave me a retired charm from her bracelet to complete mine and make me happy with my purchase.

She was patient with me, help me understand what the charms were and helped me design the look I wanted. I never experience customer service the way she displayed. I told her I would return because she made me feel comfortable, I felt my voice was heard when speaking with her and overall was highly satisfied.

Sales associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to view items without feeling rushed. I appreciate associates always suggest what they think will work best with your selections.
