I always love my Pandora experience. The sales team are excellent at both stores I frequently use. This one and the Southaven MS store.

This is a new store. Erin assisted me with my 41st anniversary present. I selected and created a complete Disney bangle. She and her assistant spent a great deal of time with me and helped to to create the perfect bangle. Erin was very attentive to my memories and crafted the most amazing "story" in this exquisite piece. Quite frankly, I will cherish this experience forever. I was treated with the ultimate kindness. The friendliness of the entire staff was astonishing. Her assistant went above and beyond. The amazing lady who checked me out called me by my name which was such a lovely gesture. It gave me a personalized feeling. Everything about my experience today was like a fairy tale. I am so grateful to each and every one of them.

Beautiful times and great seletion

The associates were very friendly and eager to assist me from the time I entered the store. The associate listened to me and showed me different charms and how they would look on the bracelet. This was my first time in the Pandora store and I was absolutely satisfied with my purchase.

Always go to the memphis wolfchase location. Need to exchange a pair of earrings. Call the new location on 7615 Farmingtin Blvd, Sp 10, Germantown, Tn 38138. The associate answer the telephone with a pleasant attitude. She also, gave me great customer service about my return over the telephone. Drove to the location and entered the store. The associate greeted me with a positive attitude. Come to find out she was the manager. She also gave me great knowledge on things I didn't know that Pandora give. Thanks to the MANAGER

They did not have the butterfly earrings we were looking for but the service was great because we were the only customer in the store.
