I was highly satisfied because Anyshka was very patient with me while I perused the jewelry. She went and cleaned my current bracelet for me. She was also knowledgeable about each charm and it’s price.

Alashley was very nice and provided good customer service. I was pleased with my interaction with her. The dissatisfaction came from having to wait in line for more than 40 minutes before making it to the counter.

The customer service from the associate was not very good. She was just slinging the items around I did not like that very much. She seemed as if she did not want to be there which made me feel a bit uneasy.

Well, I already Knew what I wanted. The young lady that waited on me was very helpful. She walked..e thru the way the clasp worked and she got. T size too. She was very helpful and she was able to answer any questions I had. She was very cheerful and a great help to me. I am new to pandora. I use to have a Kay jewelery. The charm bracelet memories

The store was a little crowded and the associate was trying to multitask. I understand, however I felt like I didn’t actually have a one on one experience without interruptions. Can’t personally blame her…there were not enough associates for the number of customers.

Associate wasn’t very knowledgeable. She did okay but she was in training.
