Not a good selection of charms would like to see better a lot of kids and Senior citizen pieces.hopefully the next time will be better.

This has become addictive. I'm enjoying my shopping.

I want to look at more charms and the lady brought out 1 or 2 charms.I didn't want to see

The waits are so long. I like going into the store but don't have time to wait so long. During the 30% off I tried 3 times to get into the store but finally had to order online.

I wasn't able to work with my preferred sales associate. The store was very busy and I was helped by the next available associate.

Thanks Chanel at the Saddle Creek location! She was amazing! Give this woman a raise ASAP!

When I went in the store there were only two associates that was working and it was probably about six people ahead of me and so I just had to be patient to wait my turn because I came in because one of the stones had fell out of my charm that I had purchase in May for mother's Day. I believe I waited at least an hour and a half before someone could eventually help me.

Because when I initially came into the store I was not greeted. After I spoke to her she did speak. But another customer came in after me and when she completed her sale. She then proceeded to assist the other customer that arrived after me. Lucky another sales person came out and she was able to assist me and I did bring to her attention about being skipped she did apologize for that.

The prices were kinda high
