Two sales people were helping one customer and I was next. Not too much to complain about.

There was an associate who was supposed to be assisting me but her friend came into the store and she proceeded to talk to her friend instead of doing her job. The situation was rectified with a new associate to assist me.

I placed a ring on hold and when I went to return it no one knew where it was placed.

Long wait standing in line

There is always room to grow, the service was good. I am seeing that after over 15 years of purchasing Pandora the quality is very questionable now, cheap looking easy to break and turn black very fast

The amount of charm we’re not in stock

I was able to get the initials i was looking for. The prices were reasonable. Customer service was great!

One young lady wasn't friendly or inviting. She did not wear it have a mask nor did she use hand sanitizer between customers. I am a public health worker and was offended by her disregard for safety.

Couldn’t find the items i was looking for. Always out of stock.

The verity of charms they had in the store was not a good as what I saw on the Internet. Eventually I found something that I could get but it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. Other than that the experience was good.
