This location did not have 2 charms that I was looking for. Also l, there was only one associate on the floor helping customers. And she did not have a mask on while assisting us.

My associate was not friendly. After she took my bracelet off, I looked at other charms, and she proceeded to twirl/slide my bracelet on the glass case. That was a $100 bracelet! To say I was very irritated is an understatement. I requested she stop, asked her did she scratch it, and she dryly replied no.

Several of the cases only had pictures of the charms. The actual charms were underneath the counter. The store I usually visit had a wide selection of charms on display. I enjoy that. It is nice to be able to browse the charms through the glass without needing assistance.

The sales rep seemed very tired somewhat like she didn’t want to be there and nonchalant. The manager was very friendly though

Because one of my clips was rigged on my bracelet and I ended up losing it in had to purchase another one

The experience was good despite COVID-19. All the associates had mask.

My only let down was that of the timing of the warranty of the necklace I purchased just little over a year. The necklaces are a bit thin an a little more warranty time should be available in my opinion.

The attendants were very slow! There were only two. The wait time was over an hour , it was not a holiday

I had to speak to an associate first. She went around cleaning versus acknowledging me and asking me if I needed assistance.

Representative seemed to be rushed when attempting to ask about other products
