A couple of items i wanted wee not in stock

The sales associates were huddled in a small group in a deep discussion. We were ignored till I asked could I get some help.

Well initially, no one greeted me when I walked in and it was about 15 mins before I was acknowledged.

To much time looking up my product for return..

What I really came for was not available.

Overall staff was not very friendly. Everyone but the associate that helped me just stared at my family and I as we walked in

I had received a charm for my birthday that I already had so I was trying to exchange it, but the one I really wanted was not in Stock however they were expecting it so I asked for a girt card ( since it was a gift) and the associated said they didn't have any. I told her that I would go to the other store and she said since it was purchased at this store they wanted to exchange here not another store. I looked and looked and finally found a charm that I wanted and in fact purchased an additional one that I liked.I just felt like the associate could have been a little more friendly.

I was satisfied....however I think Pandora should have more sales. Not just for holidays.

The merchandise I saw on line was not available and they didn’t know when the unavailable items would be available. That’s my only complaint.

I was Highly Satisfied with my first time visit at this Germantown location. An I will be returning before the New Year. Happy Holidays Pandora
