Associate was very slow and not energetic. Wasn't really helping

Nothing extraordinary occurred during the visit, however no problems arose either.

Did not have my size in certain merchandise

The sales associate was OK I felt like she been just a little bit more pleasant. My daughter needed to use the restroom And when I asked the sales associate if she knew of a restroom nearby she said no. I asked if there anyone else that knows of one and she said no again. I asked another associate in the store if she knew of a nearby restroom and she said yes she can use ours if that was OK. I was spending $500 and I feel like she could’ve been kind enough to assist with the restroom. There are some more pieces of jewelry that I wanted to purchase from the store today but I just did not want to purchase them from her

The wait time for assistance is always a pain when entering all pandora stores

Would like to see more variety of rose gold/silver charms

I was not satisfied with the selection of rose gold charms. There needs to be a better selection with a variety such as the silver charms.

The experience was great!
