The selection and availability of products is always good. My one negative comment would be that the store I frequently go to in Geneva IL is never provided the cases for when you buy a set. This time it was the Little Mermaid set. They had all the items but not the clam shell case that you get for free when you buy the entire set. This has been the case with other sets as well. If you ship them the charms then they should also get some cases.

Michelle helped us so much. Michelle made our experience really great, I really appreciate her help. She showed us everything we planned plus also offered more items that we liked and purchased.
