I love coming to this store. Elaine was super helpful and took her time to help me find a birthday present for my niece.

Alyssa our salesperson and the management staff at the store are always so pleasant to work with. They are so friendly and helpful. This is the Pandora store we always visit because of the fabulous customer service we get here.

I called the Geneva store to order and pick up two charms. Joanne put the charms on hold for me for a pick up at 12:30. When I arrived at the store my order was ready and I was able to complete my order on my lunch break.
