Store initially visited did not have the bracelet in my size. Clerk checked the next closest location and they did have my size! She arranged for me to pickup same day! Clerk at Fox Valley had bracelet available for me!

I came into the store needing to exchange a charm. Diana was very helpful and helped me decide on the charm I needed. She also showed me some new pieces after completing my transaction.

Honestly the staff ... they're very friendly! They treat you nicely, very patiently, extremely kind. They don't rush you and they take the time to answer any concerns, also they take the time to guide you with any question about your products!!

I knew exactly what I wanted when I entered the store. Alondra greeted me And not only showed me the charm that I wanted to purchase but also showed me other items that I was interested in for a later time. Great customer service!

Store associate spent with me quality time helping me with measurements and narrowing down what I really want. She answered all my questions and showed my all the charms I had in mind. There was no rushing.

When my daughter and I walked in the immediately welcomed us and said that they would be right with us which was very nice. We had some bracelets that needed to be cleaned and they did that right away for us. We wanted to look at a few pieces and she was thorough on the size and gave us her opinion which was very helpful.
