The employees were well knowledged and happy to be there. Lots of different themes and charms for the bracelet I was getting at the time. The prices and deals were highly recommendable.

I was looking for a gift for my 21 year old granddaughter so it was really nice to be served by Natalie who appeared to be roughly the same age. Naturally there are many options to choose from at Pandora and I appreciated Natalie's input after I had narrowed down my options to a few possibilities. I felt like she was giving me her honest opinion, not just try to sell me something. I have made a number of Pandora purchases over the years and have always received helpful, kind service at the Conestoga Mall, Waterloo location. The staff there makes the buying experience a pleasurable one. Thank you!

Upon arriving at the store there was a sales assistant right there to help with my requests. They were very friendly and accommodating.My trip to the store took no time at all and i really appreciated this.

The store was not to crowded and I was able to get assistance from a sales associate right away. What i was looking for was there and they helped put it on the bracelet for me.
