I went in to buy a pair of earrings which were very hard to find. The associate wasn't very friendly, seemed a little ticked off that I asked for help. After taking the earrings home and trying them on, they broke and I had to return to the store.

Natalie was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable.

I was not able to return my product with the gift receipt, or get store credit. they didn’t have the product i wanted. I had to wait at least 10 minuets just to get help

Although one of the items I wanted was not available the sales associate assured me we could order the item and that it would arrive before Christmas.

Waited very long for service. Got wrong size so will be returning

I wanted to buy a pair of earring posts but they are not in stock at the store. The salesperson said she couldn't order them for me to pick up later. I had to buy something else to qualify for the promotion.

When I went to the store, there were lots of people being served and busy. I had to wonder around and wait until some store staff came talk to me and ask if anyone serve me yet. I saw there were 3 staff standing behind the counter but no one came to me and ask if I need help, so I felt no one cares at the moment. Since it was my very first time walked into the store, I was a bit disappointed with this first impression.

There would only be reason why I would not be satisfied with the Pandora experience that I had. That reason would be simply that they did not have the specific ring in the size I was trying to get it exchanged for. Otherwise there was absolutely nothing wrong with my visit and I will definitely be returning soon. I have a big obsession with the store!!
