Fae who was my customer service representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to mix and match different rings and have fun it was a very enjoyable.

The staff is always helpful and know their merchandise and stock. Store is always very clean. When we walked in today there wasn't lots of customers, one to one ratio and I didn't have to wait. Lots of times the store is extremely busy and could use more staff. I love the quality of the mannnny pieces I own. Please keep this up.

I went in to the store and i knew what i wanted. The clerk helped me find it. Was friendly and quick. You had the ring and size i needed. They were very clear and helpful. I really like when they smile and are friendly.

I walked into the store to look at some items as they were marked down on the website. When I talked to the associate she helped me with the sizing and took her time to help me find what I was looking for. She also offered the same deal as online. I went in for one item but ended up with three.

The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly and had ideas about what charms I could get based on what I was kinda looking for and found age appropriate charms for my siblings.

Went for the free bangle if you purchased $150.00 worth. The free bangle was very nice, since I enjoy the Essence charms more, there were no bangle available for the Essence collection.
