I have 4 Pandora bracelets and a very many charms so you can see I visit Pandora often! I went in today and asked if the 2018 Christmas charms had arrived and the first girl said emphatically no. Argentina overheard me and said they had received some and asked what one I was looking for. She proceeded to show me in the book which ones had arrived and when I picked out the Christmas train and she went and got it for me. I was absolutely thrilled. I have never had such amazing service in all the time I have bought charms from Pandora! She was such a gem! I was one happy Customer
