the salesperson was helpful. she was knowledgeable. didn't buy a lot but she treated us like we did, which will definitely prompt me to visit this location again for my next pandora needs.

It’s perfect...! I love it

All the ladies were very welcoming as soon as I walked through those doors! From getting help finding the perfect first for my mom to narrowing it down to the perfect charms! THE best costumer service I’ve received from any store in st vital!

My visit today was very good. The sales person was very friendly and was able to find the charms I was looking for quickly. During my visit she polished my bracelet for me as well which I thought was nice, as it was not to my knowledge prior that they sold a cloth to do so and no one had done it in my previous visits, She also added me to their VIP call list for promotions as well, this may get me back to the store sooner as my bracelet is only half full.

I purchased 2 Pandora’s Charms for my niece’s 15th B-day!! For the look in her faces I could tell this gift will last in her memories forever !

The sales clerk approached me immediately and was very friendly. She assured me the item was under warranty and that I could get a replacement. As it was a gift she transferred all the pertinent information to my name for future service help.This was all done in a timely fashion.

I was helped by both Tess & April & both ladies were absolutely phenomenal- one of the many reasons why this particular location is the best one that I’ve ever visited & shopped in & definitely a reason for me to return in the near future. The store was immaculately spotless & organized & it was super easy to get assistance to purchase the item that I came in for- I was greeted the second I walked in! Tess is an absolute gem & a fantastic asset to this store & I’ll be sure to send my friends & family in to see her for their Pandora purchases. I’ve been assisted by April in the past & she was as super friendly & knowledgeable about Pandora products as she was when she had helped me before. Great job, Tess & April!

The associate I dealt with was very friendly and helped me choose a ring for myself. I went in to buy a gift and found out there was a labour day deal so she helped me find a ring that was in my price range and didn’t make me feel like I needed to spend more. there were a few other customers in the store but she made sure she helped me during my entire visit and never left. There was another girl that was talking to me and helping me decide on a ring and she was very friendly as well.

The sales associate seemed like she was new, however she was friendly and knowledgeable. She was not overly assertive but at the sam time helpful.
