The customer service in this Pandora location was phenomenal. The two ladies named Tess and Vanessa were excellent to deal with, as well as the rest of the team. Having purchased an item in the States and having to bring it back to exchange in Winnipeg, Tess, the manager, made it a non stressful experience. She had went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue, which in turn, I was happy to spend a little extra. I will definitely make the trip to this location again as you cannot top the customer service I had received that day. Excellent job as a team!

I was impressed, as I usually am when visiting this location at the greeting I received. The store was busy, with a few customers that seemed to take a lot of time deciding. The staff were very patient with these customers, and still made sure I knew that I was not overlooked. Tania helped me with my purchase, and went above and beyond.

Wow! Skyler (Xinyi) was amazing! She was so patient! I was picking up an item for my daughter. I was texting back and forth with my daughter to make sure i got the Pandora piece that she wanted. Skyler waited patiently. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Skyler. She was welcoming and really made me feel like I was part of the Pandora family. Please tell Skyler a big thank-you!!
