Sales associates was very patient. I had to wait 20 minutes as it is as busy.

I absolutely LOVE adding to my Pandora bracelet. Not only was the girl super friendly but she listen to me when I explained what I like in the charms and didnt try pushing things I wouldnt buy just to make a sale. She also let me go through the book and showed me every charm I might like then circled the ones I did in the book to give my husband for shopping for Mothers day. Very impressed.

Walked in and got served nearly immediately, then directed to appropriate counter for item viewing. Made My selection, paid for it and left the store all in very little time. Of course I knew more or less what I was looking for when I walked in.

The layout of the store is very nice, the staff friendly and helpful, plus the availability of items I was looking for.

The salesclerk introduce difference styles for me, They help us choose the elements enthusiastically,I chose my love things for my daughter and wife.
