The clerk was very help full and explain about the products well. I also like the warranty offered. the items are beautiful well made and put together. I left thinks the jewelry would wear well over time. thank you

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the store and offered assistance with our shopping. Our sales person was Caitlyn M and she was amazing! She was very patient and helped us with our decisions. She arranged the charms on my bracelet so I could actually see how they would look. Super friendly and knowledgeable!

The Staff are amazing especially especially Caitlyn and Carly. They always make me feel special and always treat me with the utmost respect and friendliness

They acknowledge u as u walk in, which is great but the availability of the product showing on the system but not on hand. They only show exactly what u asked for. They should show more items aside from what I've asked.

The item I was looking for was in stock and the salesperson was very helpful

The store was not busy at the time I went. I was approached by a sales associate in a timely manner. She was knowledgeable about the product and quickly showed me 4 possible charms that suited the occasion (the birth of my grandson). I found her manner to be very friendly and helpful.

The day following Valentine's Day, was EXTREMELY quiet in the store, which afforded me extra attention, and ample opportunity to ask questions, etc, and receive extraordinary, individual customer attention. Which was great as a customer but something I understood to be unusual and not within regular expectations. However it was great at the time. :)

I found what I was looking for very easily and it was very well set up. I was shopping for rings and the wire that pulls out moved very smoothly with each ring.
