Caitlyn at the Saint Vital store was very freindly and knowledgeable. I️ put my name on a list because the store was very busy and the staff were very organized and ensured everyone was looked after in a timely manner.

Pauline was very helpful. I knew I wanted the mesh bracelet as a gift but also a charm. She made some suggestions once she knew who the gift was for. With such a extensive collection she aided me by narrowing it down to the right one.

Although extremely busy, the store, it's staff and the arrangements for serving customers was well organized and well communicated. My wait was relatively short and the sales associate who assisted me was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My overall experience (even during a hectic time) was excellent.

I was very impressed with how you gave your name then waited your turn. You were allowed to browse while you waited, knowing that no one else would be served before your turn. It was orderly and smoothly operated. I liked how the Christmas charms were all in 1 box.
