The salesperson seemed very knowledgeable about the charms I was interested in. She knew what I was talking about and where to find them. She was more than happy to show me a charm that I told her I would not be buying today but was hoping to receive as a Xmas gift. She willingly told me about what promotions would apply on Black Friday. It was tempting to wait til Friday but I decided that since I was already there I would purchase the two items I had decided on and not fight the crowds on Friday to get a third one free.

I came to Pandora in St. Vital's for the first time in Winnipeg, as I was visiting from Calgary. We were looking for a charm to add to my bracelet, and Mercedes was wonderful! She was polite and welcoming. She went out of her way to get my bracelet cleaned even though it was super close to the mall's closing hours. When I got my bracelet back, I was very pleased with it, and the new charm I had picked out!

The employee helping me was kind and found the specific ring I was looking for without a complaint. (From the back) the store was very clean and had beautiful displays that attracted me and made me want even more. I will definitely be shopping there again!
