I bought a club charm for my Mother's 60th Birthday in 2016. I started to tell the story of my Mother wanting to return the charm because she couldn't see the diamond..... the sale's representive knew right away that the charm was one of a kind and only made for that year,,,,, very impressive she has great knowledge of the product she is representining.....

I was satisfied because a ring I had gotten as a gift lost a gem. The salesperson made returning my item and getting a new one super easy and I am very pleased that I was able to get a new ring!

I was looking for a birthday gift and the associate was very knowledgeable and helped make the decision easier. She offered to bring out the bracelet and charm we already have and see how it looked with the new charm. I felt that was going above and beyond. We appreciated her excellent service.

Awesome product and amazing staff

The ladies were excellent. They were knowledgeable and very pleasant! I have bought numerous charms to fill two bracelets for myself and my granddaughter whose is 16 wanted a bracelet for her birthday which I bought! All the charms are beautiful and you clean the bracelets for free. Great customer service!!

The staff were enthusiastic. Lots of selection for items looking for. Given the time to make decision without feeling rushed.

The salesclerk I had was knowledgeable. She looked into why I was not getting the emails from Pandora to advise me of special sales events. She corrected the problem with my information you had on file. I hope to receive notices in the future.
