I was looking for a few specific items while the current promotion is on, and I was able to purchase most of them. One item was out of stock, but I found another pair of earrings that I liked just as much. The sales associate, Galilee, was very helpful and I was grateful that she had texted me to set up an appointment with her as the store was really busy and crowded due to the promotion.

The assistants in pandora are very nice and patient. They were smiling all the time when we had conversations in store and being friendly helping me solving my problems. They are very patient to me.

My husband bought a ring for me in celebration of our 25th Anniversary. It was not the correct size so we went back to the store and the sales associate Tori was most helpful in our visit. She was very patient as we looked at other ring options and with her help decided on another ring that we are thrilled about!

My Granddaughter was chosing a bead to celebrate her 11th birthday. Pauline, our sales associate, selected many beads according to our request.

Not to pleased with the return policy As the ring is a graduation gift And will be given to my granddaughter on the 29th of June And the 30th of June is the dead line So I just might return the ring not pleased at all

it was slow survive, i think may have been a new girl in training which is ok but she was left alone so she looked panicked
