Took salesperson a while to find the product I was looking for

I was not highly satisfied with my experience because the store was understaffed for the traffic that was coming in. I have previously worked at this location and have much respect for the team that was working that shift, but I find that everyone looked like they had rush to connect with everyone. More people should have been working. Period. During my time working at this location we were always in survival mode and I never felt that there was a solid routine to follow, and I saw that from the customers perspective. That store has very good employees but there needs to be better training and more people on BUSY days.

Had a problem finding the ring I needed for my granddaughter, but the store manager stepped up and found the item for us. The associate was contacting another store to fin what I needed. In the meantime I shopped and bought more.

I was looking for a charm that is older and we were not able to locate the charm and or its product number. Argentina the sales associate helping me did her best to find it and recommended other options! I walked away with a super cute charm and plan to check online for it. I do find charms quite pricey but that’s what makes them special I guess!

During this promotion I find that as a customer you should not have to wait for a staff member to assist you. There should be plenty of staff during an event.

counters were full of merchandise tht needed to be put away

the assistant is not very professional. I asked to buy one snowflakes with discount, but she told me that was no any discount. I have to remove that item. but I checked from online, it is in discount.

The store had only two employees working, while there were several customers. I had to wait quite a bit until they were available. Also, some of the charms weren't polished when I asked to look at them. Other than that, everything was fine.
