Since Highly Satisfied is the very best rating, that would indicate a perfect score. Since there is always room for improvement no matter what our sales positions, a perfect score or Highly Satisfied would be a rare score. Although my store visit was very satisfying, there were things that weren't completely perfect. For example, the store was very warm, making standing to wait for assistance slightly uncomfortable. Also, I did have to wait for a sales associate which was not an imposition but considering Pandora was running a 3 for 2 sale, an extra store associate would have been appropriate. As well, one of the charms I wanted wasn't in stock and there was no indication when it may be available. Lastly, all three of my charms were placed in the same pouch when they should have been at the very least placed in smaller pouches or plastic bags to separate them and prevent scratches. Overall, nothing major but small touches that would take a rating to one of Highly Satisfied.

very disappointing that the sales representatives are no longer able to pull out the full trays of charms due to policy changes, this makes it very hard for the customer to decide which charms to look at. I had to look in the book and ask the sales person to pull out each charm one as a time. In the past the sales representative was able to bring out a tray of Disney charms for example for me to choose from or new charms. Also not impressed that a lot of what I was asking for they didn't seem to have, for example the new Canada flag charm which apparently this store didn't even get in, another 2 that I asked to see they didn't have in stock.

I was looking for rings but there were very few options in my size. there is one manufacturing defect too when i looked at it more closely. i will probably get it changed or something.

I came to look for a ring to purchase as a gift for a 10 year old girl. The 2 salespeople who helped me were great and very helpful with estimating the size and helping me find rings within my price range. However, there were not a lot of rings available in size 48 which was a bit disappointing! This is not the first time that I have shopped for rings and found their sizing lacking, so I was a bit let down.

There were a lot of people in the crowed store since it was busy. It was quite a long wait to get service from an employee.

There was a wait of about 20 mins before I was helped. The associate who helped me didn't understand "necklace stacking" which was the reason for my trip.

I was looking for 2 specific charms and neither were available. I was told could order online but sale associate could not tell me how long for order to be received. She further stated that it had been a very long time since a delivery was made to the store and had no knowledge if the charms had been reordered.

The ring that was exchanged was well taken care of and a Gem still fell out, when mention, employee was not surprised, this was somewhat concerning.
