I felt the girl that helped me , had little knowledge what pieces went together. She was nice however.

The product I wanted was not available in the store, although it is being shipped for me from the Polo Park store in Winnipeg.

I walked through the entire store looking for a bracelet but was never asked if I needed help. When I motioned for help, I was not reassured I would be helped. I waited for at least 10 minutes before I was acknowledged.

i said i was highly satisfied, sometimes the line ups can be long. That's the only discouraging thing with pandora. always seems very busy, otherwise love the product, a very easy gift for my wife who loves pandora.

I felt rushed in what i was picking

The prices of other items I liked were quite high

The earring selection was limited. Didn't have the ring I warned in my size. Sales person seemed new to the job and was unsure when asked questions.
