I just find if you do not have the book and know exacty what you are looking for, it is hard to look at the charms.

The wait for service is always far too long. If the items had been in stock online, I would definitely have purchased there, asnit Is much easier and faster.

not alot of product left or size in a ring

The store was very crowded with people waiting to be helped and only two people working in the store 7 days before Christmas. I found that to be highly unsatisfactory.

I just like pandora and I think it is pretty. I just like them!

Did not know there was a signup form for next in line. Worker did not know where the charm I wanted was, and got the wrong one. Two workers not doing anything while I was still waiting to be helped

I was satisfied, though I prefer to be given more space when I indicate I am browsing. I appreciate sales help , but if I want it I will ask, If I indicate that I am browsing I do not like being followed around the store.

I went into pandora looking to buy some rings with the current promotion going on but most of the rings I wanted there was not my size. She said that it was a common size so I would think that if there’s a big promotion on they would bring in more common sizes of rings.

The store was quite busy due to a promotion, maybe more staff.

Had called ahead to put 4 items on hold, when I arrived at the store a couple of hours later the sales clerk was unable to locate the items.
