The price was decreased after the day I bought

I purchased three bracelets and 5 charms in December as gifts, for my best friends daughters after she passed away of cancer. One closure on the bracelet is broken and the other one is not working properly All the sales person could do for me is give me 15% savings on purchasing a new bracelet. Thanya was great kind and I am sure she would have loved to do more. When you pay 70.00 for a bracelet you should expect better warranty from the company. not the fault of the sales person. I am extremely disappointed in company policy. When visiting the store in BC they offered to clean the bracelet while we waited for our new purchase and here in Winnipeg they can't even provide that service. Good service brings back customers, trusting that you could re-visit some of your policies and provide better product warranty and service the little things like a quick cleaning while you wait. It shows us as customers that we are appreciated.

The sales associate is friendly but she still doesn’t know a lot about the product, maybe she’s still new.

went into the store just after opening only 1 sales clerk on the floor. Asked if there was an clerk working as I was in a rush took about 5 min for someone to come out.

Before Christmas, I bought 3 charms on the buy 2, get 1 free sale intending to give the third charm as a gift in April. When I gave her the Pandora bag, there was no charm in it. I took it back and the lady in charge said she couldn't do anything but gave ma a water bottle and a small jewelry box. I had to buy the charm all over again.

We were 4 customers waiting and 2 of the sales ladies where behind the counter for what it seems to be looking for a bracelet leaving the other 2 poor sales ladies to deal with all the other customers. I had to wait half hour to be seen and after I left they were at least other 4 customers waiting. They were lucky that is what my mom wanted for xmas, otherwise I would've take my business somewhere else.

I waited for maybe 2 hours just to speak to someone about purchasing some stuff. Then when they went to go find them, they disappeared for 20 minuets. It was crazy

25 minute wait to be helped. saleslady was satisfactory, very monotone. need more staff when there is a sale.

Purchased a charm for my granddaughter and was not advised that there was going to be a Black Friday sale the next day. Know I have to return to the store to adjust my purchase. Very inconvenient as the store is 50 km away. Would have been nice to been told of the next day sale!

Sales associate lack knowledge on the product i was looking for. Consumed time just be looking and asking for help from other sales associate. They werent really selling the product to me, just showed the charm and thats it. If the next pandora store was 10 mins away i would have just gone to the other store. They werent friendly and lack product expertise. They kept suggesting items i wasnt looking at even though i told them what im looking for specifically
