We felt uncomfortable during our visit. We wanted to look at rings so I understand keeping us near the rings, but would have preferred to be taken to the counter instead of the sales associate holding the drawer of rings like rings (it must be tiring for her arm too). The store wasn't busy at all and we were made to stand right in the doorway so it was super awkward if people wanted to come into the store.

With the sale there was a lot of demand but not enough staff to service it along with the post holiday exchange. They had also ran out of even simple boxes so provided the charm in a cloth bag in an oversized bag. Previous purchases were at Appelts Jewellers who always provide a box and gift wrapping.

you have to do something about people selecting items in a catalogue and taking the time of two clerks while others who know what they want wait. I waited 30 mins. for a clerk. Two clerks were occupied by two couples looking at catalogues for the 30 mins. and I left them there. you need to serve customers that are ready to purchase in a different manner and not have them affected by those that are considering and maybe buying something. the staff seem very disorganized as they look to see who is next on the list. your checking out is very long, you have to use bar codes from a catalogue which seems slow. Very slow service. For a smart company with your product line, you do not offer appealing stores, poor service and your staff isn't the best. I'd much rather purchase from jewellery stores that sell Pandora. you need staff that are more mature and knowledgeable and work with more consideration and class. I don't like your stores and feel you need to highly improve.

I find the staff inconsistent at this location. I was purchasing a gift for my aunt as I told the clerk. They ran out of boxes and I am ok with that part, she did put it in a pouch. What I am not ok with is that my bag had no tissue paper and was not tied up with a ribbon as other were. Maybe I didn’t spend enough on this visit, but through out the whole year I spend hundreds. The presentation of pandora to someone who doesn’t receive a lot, is the best gift. When I left the store I felt my gift wasn’t special, it was just a gift in a bag. I under this is a business season, but if other clerks have time, they all should. I would appreciate of this location could be constant among all clerks. Thank you.

The sales person Kim was busy but still pleasant to deal with. The next day I came back to return the earrings that my wife did not like and I had the unfortunate experience of meeting Fae. She was extremely rude and did not seem interested in helping us. We ended up not returning because Fae was unable to help us. We will attempt to return at another location and hopefully the manager there will be more professional... Or professional at all... Fae was wearing leggings and was straight up rude.

The salesperson, her name is Argentina # 169243 St Vital shopping mall in Winnipeg Manitoba Canada, did not clean the necklace and earrings that I bought. She put the necklace upside down in a very small box, the earrings were not fix in the box properly. A gentlemen was there at the same time and bought the same, the other salesperson clean and polish and gave him a nice big box for the necklace that fitted the the necklace very well. She showed him how nice it was..... Argentina she throw the 2 small boxes in the bag and there it was done. I will go back to that store and return the necklace and earrings. I am very disappointed not happy and it was for my birthday. Well no more Pandora for me I can tell you that. Terrible terrible experience will talk about this a long time

My 2 rings turned black from chlorine in the pool. Tried returning the rings and was told nothing could be done. These rings are not cheap and I was not very impressed with this stores policy!

Sales person was extremely unfriendly and I felt very unhappy with her attitude. I felt she was sarcastic and would not be friendly or smile at all. I was shopping with my granddaughter for her birthday and this was supposed to be a special experience for us. I strongly feel that girl should not be working with the public.
