Honestly I was in a horrible mood before stepping into Pandora bec of bad customer service from another store. Ese instantly uplifted my mood and is amazing at her job!! She helped me find something within my budget and was very patient with me. She went over and beyond to make sure I was happy leaving the store. Will be back just because of this experience and I can’t wait to give my bff her lovely ring!
