I travel a fair bit and have had a wide variety of experiences at different Pandora locations. The bottom of the barrel, for instance, would be at Fairview Park Mall in Kitchener where seemingly free sales associates would ignore me completely when I entered the store but then suddenly trip over themselves to serve people who came after me. At Mapleview Mall, I was greeted when I entered the store and the sales associate always let me know she would be right with me if she were engaged with another customer. Good service makes all the difference in the world.

I had a return , with the intention of purchasing other items. I did not have a receipt but the manager Lina was extremely helpful as well . Oakville place location would not do the return .
