things can always be better anywhere, experience good but pricing was questionable for cubic zirconia

I find the staff at this location to be very judgemental. I own 3 full pandora bracelets, 3 rings, 1 necklace and earrings. I have also bought bracrlets for both of my daughters which are also full. They looked down their nose at me both times I visited. I guess based on being dressed casual not sure. That is my perception it was not as bad with the exchange as it was with the purchase the first time. Thanks I love my pandoras sorry to be a little negative here.

Very satisfied but some of the Harry Potter charms were not available for my daughter. She was a little disappointed.

i Was bit unsatisfied as on Black Friday their Internet was not working so after standing inline for 2 hours and than selecting choice of item, had to drive back on Tuesday for payment and pick up the selected item from store which is 30-35kms away from my house. No complementary gift received for that extra trip.

Sales person at beginning of visit was acting like she didn't know what i was talking about asked for the new butterfly bracelet, She asked another sales person like she knew nothing about it. Not sure if she is new or not should have better knowledge of products carried in store next time

One lady told me the charm was 30% off and then the other lady rang it through at full price so she had to then go confirm the discount

I like the quality and designs.

I wanted the sales associate to show me some different ways or suggestions on how to wear some rings. She kept saying it’s whatever you like. I just wanted to be shown options I never thought of.

Not enough selection in store, more on line and special deal on line

Did not have the ring/size I was seeking.
