Pandora Jewelry

I was not highly satisfied only because I had to wait a little while for a sales associate. Apart from that it was a great experience

Sometimes it really busy at the store and the workers are not always available to help.

I recently started my first bracelet and the staff who helped me out was a bit less friendly. Just personal opinion

The girl that was helping us told us that it was going to be $150 but when we got to cash it wasnt that price and she even went to talk to someone and then came back to us and said that it would be $175 and didnt even try and make it better and there was a huge line behind me

Things were ok

It was Boxing Day and very busy they should have had more staff on hand. Was also disappointed that more items were not on sale. Should have had better discounts on Boxing Day.

Sales associate was extremely slow. I knew exactly what I wanted walking into the store but it took almost 20 for her to get the two items and charge me for them at the jewelry counter. It took her forever to find the items in the book to scan and package my items. I usually have very fast service when I am directed to the checkout counter. I am not sure why she made me wait so long and pay at the jewelry counter on a wireless device

Sales associate, Nkem, was extremely judgmental. Didn’t really take me seriously and looked almost annoyed to be helping me. Maybe she has something against younger adults but we come in wanting to spend money and if she’s making commission off of my purchase she should at least be friendly

Came in to return something. Associate first made me wait while she counted stock. When she was done she finally called me over. I mentioned I had something to return at which point her attitude became more negative. Spoke with an attitude. I had to repeat myself 3 times. Just not a pleasant experience at this pandora and because of this I will not be returning.

I bought an open bracelet and the ball fell off and is now lost
