Bought an essence bracellet online, and as a listed pandora location on the pandora website, I visited Pandora at Mapleview mall Burlington. I was looking to just exchange for a bigger size. As soon as the associate saw it was an online receipt she turned me away and said that "this particular location doesn't do online exchanges". I pleasantly asked how come and where I can exchange it. I was then re-directed to Oakville Place mall (30km away). The next day I called the Oakville place mall to see if they did online exchanges, told them the situation at which the Oakville place pandora associate was very disappointed at. She then told me they are not supposed to turn away clients and resolved the situation that same day by contacting the district manager. The district manager called me to let me know that I can go to mapleview pandora and exchange the bracellet. I went to mapleview again, to where the same associate who turned me away greeted me, realizing it was me again. I confronted her about the situation and she responded with so much attitude letting me know that "they made an exception for me".

Customer service was awful. Return policy is awful. Store manager is unfriendly and not knowledgeable and did not do anything to help us. I wanted to exchange a charm that was bought close to Christmas and apparently the return date was until end of January. When we went to Pandora store, it was 10 days late. They did not make an exception

During 30% sale refused to give discount. Said was excluded. Had to return to store and speak to manager for refund

The sales person a (back lady) was very rude and rushed us to select with a demining look as if we are of no importance or of no value or as if my money is not good. perhaps she though i was not buying. To me Pandora is a highly prestigious entity with integrity and this should never ever happen to anyone. horrible experience. she should never have worked there as this can happen to other people in a day to day basis... and this can be very damaging for your institution. There should be a better way of filtering people when hiring them. in 45 years of my life this is the first time I make a complaint hoping this will be dealt with the highest disciplinary actions.

I dealt with the same sales associate for the purchase of a gift card for my daughter and then upon return with her to purchase the merchandise. On both occasions, she was completely unfriendly, made us feel extremely unwelcome, and made us feel rushed and unworthy of being in the store at all. My daughter's first experience in a Pandora store was so disappointing. She was so excited to make this purchase with her Birthday money and came home with her mood ruined. On the first visit when I was alone, I chalked it up to a bad day (we all have them), but the second visit was just the same or even worse. Completely unacceptable for a retail associate to behave and if I were the owner / manager of the store, this is absolutely NOT how I would want my customers to feel. I hope she adjusts her attitude or finds a job that can make her happier.

Was there to exchange an item that was damaged 2x returned within a month and I found something to replace it. It was marked wrong price and wasn’t honoured, sales associate was not very polite
