Daniela was friendly and attentive and was eager to help me with my purchase. I valued her opinion and appreciated how she related to her own collection to validate my interest in the different beads I was admiring. She asked for help from a senior staff to pull together the final design of my bracelet which I really was pleased with. I feel that was very positive to see Team Work in the store.

Associate brought out all the trays in the category I was interested in. She was interested in the reasons for my purchases & was willing to put the items on a chain so I could envision how they would look. Also showed me another idea to show on my charms on the necklace

Sales person was very friendly and knew what we were looking for. Did not rush me on selection.

The customer service representative, Joanne N., was extremely helpful and provided a service that was very professional. She was very caring and ensured that I was very pleased with the product I purchased, and arranged the charms on the bracelet and new hoop in a way that was very pleasing to me. Super sales representation.

After a few visits to the store to report an issue with a necklace the salesperson today I think Lindsay #122729 was amazing. My sister tried to return her necklace and one employees was very rude to her and she didn’t feel comfortable returning. Lindsay will know who that was. Today Lindsay was great and very understanding and pleasant. She could not have been better, a lovely employee!

The young girl helping us was delightful. She showed us many options for a birthday gift for my daughter. I typically do not shop in that mall, but when I shop for Pandora jewellery again, I will go back to Mapleview Plaza
