customer service was great in there. Great personalities taking orders .The have all the merchandise up to part to view.

The associates were very personable and helpful. Always attentive and took as much times as you needed while answering each questions.

The Sales assistant William was the best. He was kind towards us and was very patient.

I was satisfied because they attended me very well and knew their products well. They helped me find matching sets. And they made me feel comfortable.

I was very satisfied with my experience at pandora, the associates were very friendly and were very helpful. I came in to buy Disney rings but was only able to find one. Meka was very helpful, she said there was only one ring left and did everything she could to find it.

Came into store knowing what I wanted but had the color totally wrong. The sales person Jennifer R, repeatedly told and showed me the correct charm. LOL, after calling the store I'd previously seen the charm did I realize she was correct. I apologized and told her I'll never doubt her again. Also, convinced me to get two spacers. Hadn't planned on spending almost $200 for lunch. :-)

Monica was very attentive.
