As soon as I walked through the door I was welcomed by very friendly staff. I was asked if I needed any help then was asked if I would like a bottle of water. William served me, he was very friendly and helpful. Helped me look at what I wanted, was very friendly and ploite he even put it on my charm bracelet after he had served me
