My sales lady was very professional,knowledgeable and patient. Monika helped with picking out selections and gave awesome advice. I would love for her to assist me on my return visit!

William, my sales person was very friendly and helpful. He showed me charms I was interested in, I.e. some specific to Chicago and then when we have firefighters in my family he showed me another dangle. Sold!

We were on an anniversary trip to Chicago and found the beautiful store on Michigan Avenue. We were able to buy a Chicago charm to commemorate the trip. The store was lovely and our sales associate Sherwanna was very helpful and gracious.
