William, the person that waited on me was so patient and kind. He had extensive knowledge of the merchandise and showed me every single available option for the Chicago charm I wanted for my bracelet as I was traveling from Boston. He also took the time to show me other pieces that were on sale as well based on the description of my bracelet. I was offered ice cold water and was not pushed, pressured or rushed in any way, which I very much appreciated. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a Pandora. I look forward to visiting the Chicago location again next time I am in town! Thank you William!
