The store is a new store in a upscale area, nicely lit, displays shown with several ideas. I was greeted with a friendly person willing to help. I had an associate who was pleasant, creative, and patient and helpful in making selections

The specialist I worked with Monika McManamy, was kind and patient with me as I asked tons of questions the day before. I want to upgrade my bracelet and get more charms and she was polite and very helpful about the different products offered. She gave me a catalog before I left, which I of course studied all night and then came back the next day to make a purchase.
