The overall friendliness of the sales person ,was outstanding. I love the location of the store. The quality and variety of the product was good as well.

We entered and were warmly greeted by all and specifically by Jennifer. We told her what we needed and she showed us options. She helped us pick out what worked best in a very friendly manner and we were on our way soon after.

Everybody was sooo nice ! I will definitely come back when ever I get new charms for my bracelet .

Sales associate Jennifer was very informative and helpful regarding the “Chicago” charms. I was visiting on a recent trip and wanted a commemorative charm. Jennifer explained about the different Chicago charms as well as the annual exclusive (I was not aware of an annual exclusive). I said that I would not likely come back to this Pandora because I do not live in Chicago and don’t know anyone to recommend this store to, but should I ever come back, i’ll Be sure to visit again.

The sales associate was very friendly and she knew her inventory. I was visiting from out of town. I wanted to get a charm that would remind me of my trip to Chicago. I purchased the key and round Chicago charm. I am very happy with my purchase.

The service was wonderful! Then store was also bigger than the ones in Los Angeles. I also like the selection of Chicago charms .
