The manager was very helpful and friendly and gave me good information on their products.

Jasmine showed me how to open the stubborn clip -- and added a rubber ring so it would not move on the leather. I did purchase the care kit - so now should not break any nails.

It was all about my salesperson, Autumn. It was my first time purchasing anything Pandora, plus i was rushing to by my mother a birthday gift. Autumn, clearly explained what I should expect during my first Pandora experience and her recommendations help me select the perfect gift.

This was our first visit to any Pandora store. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a warm hello from Monika. She offered water and asked if we needed help. She showed us the rings which is what we came into see. We were impressed by the merchandise and by Monika. Next time we are in Chicago we will probably visit the store again.

Tiffany was very nice and friendly she helped look at numerous items and was very patient.

My sales associate took the time to show me the particular charms I was looking for. She even helped me decide. I like that I wasn't pressured.

Well I went to the Pandora store in Michigan Avenue in Chicago and tiffany was the one who helped me pick the perfect charm to complete my bracelet and also to pick a cute dangle as a gift for my best friend and she was very helpful and friendly:)

Store is beautiful. Monica was very helpful and charming. Lots to choose from, sales rep helped guide us through choices.

My experience shopping with Jasmine was great. She showed me all the new pieces and made me very comfortable in the store. She aided me in picking some very nice jewelry pieces.

Monika greeted as I walked in, she was so friendly ,I learned a lot more about pandora jewelry. she helped me find another charm for my bangle bracelet. Santa Claus was good to me, I will be back to the Michigan ave store very soon I need a cat charm and my birthstone . I will call to make sure I go in on a day the Monika is working.
