The specialist was very warm the second time I came in. I came in to purchase a few charms and end up getting a new bracelet. The first time I went into the store to inquire about the sale it took the sale associates approximately a few minutes to acknowledge me, I was not greeted. The second time was better.

When j walked into the store I was greeted with smiles and an amazing salesperson. Jasmine assisted me with purchasing a bracelet for a friend, her knowledge of the products and great style helped me pick the perfect gift. Everyone there was extremely helpful and friendly.

Assistance was available immediately, and the associate was very patient and knowledgeable!

I like the charms I purchased. I was excited to get a Chicago charm and the cat charm that I previously couldn't find.

I came in the Friday before Christmas and was expecting it to be very busy. I was extremely impressed with the staff and how they handled the crowds. The hostess station and being called when an associate was ready was very efficient. Well done!
