So I have been single Man for almost 15 years, I am a 47 year old Director for a multi million dollar company. I am purchasing a little something for my now woman in my life. Man was a stressed, actually overwhelmed, I almost walked out! You have so much to chose from. (I mean that in a good way) Pearl talked me off the ledge! She was extremely patient with me and went well beyond the call of duty to assist me. I intend to visit Pearl again to add charms to my Girls bracelet. Thank you to your staff they do a very good job. I have been in the entertainment / customer service industry for well over 30 years and I will admit you have one heck of a team!

Thanks to the help of Cedrina😍 and Monika😊 I was out of the store to mske it to work on time. Monika helped me find the Charm I was looking for in no time. Cedrina was so nice by offering me Refrehments and a Pamphlet after greeting me when I went into the store. I also received information from them about more of Pandoras Jewelry that I could possibly purchase in the future. I plan to go back very soon looking forward to more Great customer assistance.

We told the staff exactly what we were looking for and they got the case out with the ones we wanted to see, they helped us choose the curtains charms we wanted, Tyne helped us, and she is a credit to your store. She had great conversation about everything, not just the charms you had. She helped me choose the right charms for me, and was very kind!
