We’ve always had great service. The concept of the charm within an ornament was brilliant. We were visiting Chicago and just happened upon the store. We had planned to purchase the item later, but it made for a great vacation memory.

My first experience at Pandora's store on Michigan Ave. was truly amazing. I attended right away and offered water. Jennifer R. was extremely patient and knowledgeable about all the items I was interested in buying. I have already recommended Pandora two 3 friends and family. I will be returning to add to my collection of Pandora products.

This was my first visit to this store. The sales clerk was exceptionally helpful and spend a lot of time with me selecting charms and bracelets. I had many questions about the charms and earrings and the sales clerk went beyond my expectations.

My sales associate Jennifer was very pleasant and upbeat. She was very eager to greet me with a smile and answered my questions.
