It is so wonderful to have a store on Michigan Avenue , when I am already shopping there I do not have to make a special trip to Water Tower Place . The staff is so friendly and helpful .

By the time I got there, there are a lot of customers shopping but it wasn't that crowded at all. I got accompanied by a staff and she helped me with choosing the right charm for my birthday. I love every bit of my experience in this store. Sadly I'm not frim the area so I can't come back anytime soon.

The sales associate that helped me, Claudia P., was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She offered great suggestions and directed me to two items that were different than what I came in looking for, but that I ultimately liked better! The girls around the store were all helpful and kind and offered suggestions and compliments!
