I like it of course, there’s good charm and all, but I was hoping to have an insurance and missing items. But overall it was good 👍

I made the purchase specifically to get the free gift available in March but the store was sold out by the third day into the promotion.

The sales showed extra stuff I was not even looking for. Suggestions were alright but too much information I didn't want. Herself was great and understand she has to promote sales.

I bought a ring as a gift for my daughter & exchanged the size since it was big to a smaller one. Unfortunately, my daughter didn't like the style so asked me to change it for another style. I went the very next day to exchange the ring. I was surprised when I was told that they needed to ask the manager if they could do the exchange because she doesn't like it when there's an exchange. This is ridiculous! The receipt clearly states the return policy. The ring was returned unworn and on the very next day. I wasn't even asking for my money I just wanted an exchange. The sales associate was polite and helpful. I end up buying an additional item. However I won't be returning to this location.

Little choice for the theme that interested (Marriage). High price compared to the quality of the product.

El asistente de ventas no sabía lo que era el Pandora Club Dangle Charm del año 2022. En su momento incluso dijo que no estaba en existencia. Tuve que decirle que había visto la disponibilidad del producto en línea y además describirlo para que pudiera dármelo. Aparte no fue muy amable.

I didn’t really know much when shopping but overall was a very good experience and shopping transaction. Got what I wanted and left happy.

I feel prices are slightly too high would be highly satisfied if prices were not so high.
