I can’t open the “stops” with my fingernails OR the $10.00 tool I purchased at Pandora

I purchased a rose gold lock/key with engraving, my charm has scratches on it from the machine & it’s very noticeable & I don’t think I will put it on my bracelet, wasted money…

The first time I went in it was hard to get the attention even of those not dealing with customers, i had to circle twice until someone helped, after that everything went well

I didn’t find more charms for the Pandora me. I was looking for one from Chicago

I was satisfied, I came in at the end of the promotion, so the size bracelet that I needed was not available. Everything else was great

Whoever was working with us acted like she had no patience with us as if there were so many other customers in the store she needed to get to. She also put my purchase with someone else's purchase to make the number of items in her sale go up.

Service was okay

I was satisfied !!!
